The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in equity securities of small-, mid- and large- capitalization companies that the sub-adviser believes have the potential to grow their dividends over time. In addition, the fund may invest in real estate investment trusts (REITs) and master limited partnerships (MLPs).
