The index is expected to consist of approximately 150 to 250 stocks of companies located in the U.S. and in at least three countries outside of the U.S., and may invest in up to 20 countries. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities included in the index.
